Plan and design

Your home vision
This is the stage where our experienced team get to know you and work with you to listen, understand, conceptualise and capture everything you want, need and aspire for in a home. We’ll even help you with block selection to give your new home the best start. And our unique Home Vision planner empowers you to build your vision and follow it through to creation, every step of the way.

Your home design
Now for the exciting part. Our team of award-winning architects and designers will come up with an initial concept design that brings to life your vision, whilst working within your budget and block size. As a team working together, we will then make design refinements, help you select finishes and translate your vision into a workable and buildable plan.

Your home quote
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a comprehensive and transparent build cost. You’ll have the opportunity to continue to refine it until we reach a final build agreement. Once you’ve accepted the quote, we’ll then finalise plans to get ready for the next stage.
Build and Manage

Getting ready to build
Before we begin construction, you have the opportunity to go through the plans, finishes and inclusions thoroughly with your pre-construction team. This gives you the opportunity to incorporate any last minute ideas and confirm all project specifications and selections so that you can approve and finalise all elements of the build with confidence. Meanwhile, we will take care of the building approval process, so you don’t have to worry.

Communicating with you
Our team are renowned for their quality of communication throughout the build process—just ask any of our clients. We’ll introduce you to your Construction Supervisor, Contract Administrator and Construction Manager who will be in regular contact with you throughout the build.

Building your home
During the construction process, you will have on-site meetings at the significant steps with your Construction Supervisor. You’ll also be able to keep up to date in real time via your dedicated Home Build Live portal from your mobile device.
Protect and Support

Introduction to your home
Now it’s time to really make the house yours. Because we want you to be completely satisfied with the end result, we take you through a final inspection, before handing over your keys. We also take you through a home demonstration to go over the finer details of your home, with handy hints for upkeep and maintenance.

Move in
This is the time for you to settle in and make the home yours.

Follow-up
Aside from our 6 month Maintenance services period, where we return to iron out any kinks, we love keeping in touch with our clients to see how their home is going. Whilst your home might be finished, our relationship with you doesn’t have an expiry date.
