From finding the perfect block of land to designing their dining room table and landscaping their gardens, Classic Constructions wowed these owners with the creation of this multi award-winning home.

Based on the Sorrento design, the central living room and kitchen is lifted straight off the plan. However, the owners modified the rear wing of the home to create a self-contained space to accommodate guests. They also incorporated additional storage including an extra-large butlers pantry, linen cupboard and built in units.

The result is a home that not only meets the lifestyle needs of its owners, but has also won several industry awards, with Classics winning the 2013 MBA Project Home of the Year Award and the HIA ACT & Southern NSW Region Project Home Award.
