When you know, you know

In 2013, Brad and Trudy walked into a Classic Constructions display home and in that moment, they knew that when it came time to build their dream home, they would entrust their vision to Classics.

Eight years on, and that dream has finally been brought to life with a head-turning family home that maximises every inch of space, sunlight and views from its elevated position overlooking the new suburbs of North Denman Prospect, Whitlam and the mountain ranges beyond.

“We never stopped talking to Peter Stewart who we first met in 2013”, explains Brad. “So when Classics purchased this block at Denman Prospect, they approached us with a design that not only worked perfectly for the block, but included everything we’d always wanted in our forever home.”

Designed to evolve with the growing needs of a young family, the home is built around a light-filled, open planned kitchen, lounge and dining room with a secluded parents’ retreat on the same level.

The central staircase is a feature within itself and leads down to the children’s private sanctuary with a rumpus room, bedrooms, bathroom and access to a swimming pool and easy-care garden.

Features such as home theatre room, guest wing and built-in study nook cater to the lifestyle and working needs of the family, whilst premium inclusions and a classic aesthetic contribute to an ageless appeal and a home that allows the family to enjoy a high level of comfort and liveability.

“I love the sunlight in this house and it's always warm. We don't really know it’s winter until we step outside. It’s very energy efficient,” says Brad.

“I love this space we’re in now,” gestures Trudy to the open-planned lounge, dining and kitchen area. “We spend most of our time as a family up here. And during the warmer months, you know it's all about the pool and being outside.”

For Brad and Trudy, the building process was not only stress-free, but enjoyable, reaffirming their decision to go with Classics.

“Building in a new suburb, where houses are going up around us, we were able to compare Classics to other builders – and honestly the professionalism and the pride in what they do is miles apart from everyone else,” says Brad. “Just from little things like keeping the construction site tidy and free of rubbish.”

“Another big difference is the trades that they use,” he continues. “From the tilers to the guys who lay the floor to the brickies. Everybody is fantastic, and at the top of their expertise level.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the result,” adds Trudy. “We wanted Classics from the start and they more than lived up to our expectations.”
